Yes, we offer warranty on all the products we offer and if for any reason we did not printed right or the product is defective, we will reprint your job at $0.00 cost to you.
If you decide to make any change to the product; phone change, new address, etc. you only pay 50% of the product price list, not special pricing.

- I want to order some Postcards, when will I get them?
Our standard Turn-around is 8-10 working days on most of our products, but it may vary depending on the item you order.
Please check the product description for details about Turn-around.
We can also ship your order faster; next day or 2 day, for an additional fee.

- I have my own design, it is made in Office Word. Can you use it to print my Flyers?.
Most of our products are printed at a minimum resolution of 350DPI, to deliver the best quality possible.
Email us your file and we will gladdly check it out at no cost to you and with no compromise, to see if it meets our minimum quality requirements.
We will let you know in an estimate in case your file needs any adjustments done and how much will it cost you. Our minimum charge is $50.00/hour.

- Do I have to pay taxes?
If you are based in the State of Texas you should then pay the required 8.25% sales tax. If you are outside Texas or USA then you do not ;).

- Do you offer trade pricing?
Yes, just email us your company info; company name, manager, phone, fax address, and a copy of your business license or sales tax certificate plus three commercial references. If you do have any further question please Contact Us we will be honored with your presence in our team!!

- Other than Credit Cards, What kind of payments do you accept ?
We also accept company checks, money orders, bank transfers & direct deposits too. Keep in mind that when you pay with company check your order is no t processed until the check has been cleared, and it takes about 5 days for that to happen. If you need your product faster we recommend you to either use Credit Card, or Direct deposit.

- I have never used my credit card online, how safe it is to use it in your site to order with?
The Credit card is the fastest and most secure method of payment worldwide. They all are secured by the bank issuer and in the event of a misuse, that it is very rare, they will protect you 100%.
When you purchase with us you pay trough Paypal, and it is so safe that you never share your Financial Information or store it with us in our site.

To keep our prices low, we use a print method called "Gang Printing" and once the Ok to print is received, the files immediately enter into the process stage and it is impossible for us to stop it. We recommend always to double check for finger mistakes before giving the "Ok to print".
