Products: All of our products must be prepaid in full using your choice of payment while placing your order.
Normal Turn-around time is 8 to 10 working days. Need it faster? call for an estimate.
Services: All of our "by the hour" services are prepaid in full for the estimate price when placing your order.
If the service reaches the estimate cost, we will notify you before it happens.
We use a time meter software on all jobs and we present your invoice along with detailed time activity information.
Turn-around varies depending on the complexity of the service requested,
Vivipro.com never initiates or ends the process of any order without your written authorization.
From time to time we offer "FREE DESIGN" with your order, and if you at any moment decide not to have your design produced by us, then you will be billed for a minimun of $50.00/Hour depending on the design time used on your project.
Vivipro.com does not recognize verbal agreements.

Warranty: Viva villa Productions guarantees 100% all of its products and services, and always uses a spell checker software, but it is your (the customer) responsibility to check for any possible typographical error prior the ending or printing of any good or service.
If for any reason we provide you with a defective product cause of our mistake, we will reprint your job at no extra cost to you. If decide to make any changes we will charge you only 50% of the product price, plus any design time used at our regular rate of $50.00 per hour.

About payments: Vivipro.com accepts Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Checks (it may take up to 8 working days for us to get your funds), Bank transfers, Direct deposits, Money Orders and cash.
Every check bounced has an administration fee of $35,00 plus any other financial charge it may incur in.
